These Terms apply to this pre-approval page (the “Site”), operated by Jared Hrabovsky (NMLS #408959) and Rate Advantage, a branch of NEXA Mortgage, LLC (Company NMLS #1660690). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Information only, not an offer
The Site is for general information and to request a call back. Nothing on it is a commitment to lend or an offer to extend credit. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting guidelines and property eligibility. Programs, rates, terms and down payment requirements vary and can change without notice. Submitting the form is not a loan application.
2. Your information
Please give accurate information and use only a phone number and email that belong to you. Do not submit the form on behalf of someone else without their permission.
3. Text messages and calls
If you agree to be contacted, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, loan or service. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as NMLS Consumer Access, the online loan application and loanswithjared.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

The Site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Site.
